About Renner Energies
Renner Energies - formerly known as Windvision and its subsidiary Terre & Watts Développement - has been developing renewable energy projects since 2002. Initially focused on wind power projects, we grew our expertise over time to include solar projects and storage solutions.

Zoltan Bognar
Chief Executive OfficerZoltan joined Renner Energies as CEO in January 2023. He has over 20 years expertise as an executive in international sustainability and infrastructure platforms.
Before joining Renner Energies, he was developing a solar PV platform in France and advising institutional investors such as Swiss Life Asset Managers. Prior to that he was Managing Director Europe at ORIX Energy Services, Co-CEO of Encavis and a Principal at HIG Capital. He started his career at McKinsey & Comp and holds a PhD in European Law.
Jeroen Wuidart
Chief Financial OfficerJeroen joined Renner Energies as Finance Manager in July 2021 and took over as CFO in September 2022.
He started his career at KPMG, where he worked for 10 years in external audit with a focus on large multinationals in the industrial sector. He obtained his master's degree in applied economics at KU Leuven, Belgium.
Olivier Teixier
Chief Technical OfficerOlivier joined Renner Energies in September 2023 as Chief Technical Officer. He has more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and international environment, including technical due diligence and 10 years in operation management wind resources and performance analysis.
He worked at Maïa Eolis (now Engie Green), Mott Macdonald and CGN Europe Energy. He has been managing the operation of 2.3GW over Europe with establishment of process passing ISO 14001-45001-55001 certifications for the operation and maintenance of renewable assets.
Olivier holds a Master and engineering degree in Fluid Mechanics and atmospheric from ENSEEIHT -INP Toulouse.
Marijke Hillewaere
Chief People OfficerMarijke joined Renner Energies in 2005 as Head of Administration. She grew from HR Manager in 2013 to Chief of Staff in 2018 to Chief People Officer in 2020.
She obtained her master's degree in HR management at KU Leuven, Belgium.
Enrique Díaz Valdés
Director SpainEnrique joined Renner Energies in 2021 as Business Developer and Director of Spain.
He has extensive experience in the construction, energy and water sector in an international environment. He has a master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration and Renewable Energy.
Luc Moulin
Technical Director SolarLuc joined Renner Energies in January 2022 as Development Director Solar.
Luc has mainly worked in the photovoltaic sector, but has also managed wind farms. He spent 9 years at Solaire Direct and then 4 years at Engie Green, where he first started as O&M Manager but later became Regional Manager for the South of France. Prior to that, he spent 18 years in the energy sector at Alstom T&D and Areva T&D. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in industrial maintenance.
Jean-Michel Durand
Technical Director WindJean-Michel joined Renner Energies in 2003, right after obtaining his master's degree in environmental sciences.
Soon he started working as director of wind projects in Belgium. Over the years he has also supported Windvision's international branches in numerous wind projects.
Our teams operate across every step of the value chain, from project design to operations. This integrated approach enables us to create sustainable renewable energy solutions, tailored to the needs of local communities.
Project design
We identify our plant sites through a rigorous methodology, including in-depth feasibility and impact studies. Each project is tailored to capture the local needs and specificities associated to a site. This includes, for example, the implementation of mitigating or compensating measures to protect biodiversity on nearby land.
We lease land for an average period of 25 years to develop and operate wind, solar and battery plants.
Consultation
We create an ongoing dialogue with all local stakeholders : local users, nearby living habitants and land owners, communities, associations and institutions. Through this approach, we ensure that our projects take the local specificities into account and drive value creation for everyone.
Financing & Engineering
Our team of experts manages all steps of the value chain including administrative processes and the sourcing of reliable financing solutions enabling access to high-quality technology, suppliers and partners.
Our integrated approach makes us a reliable partner to manage the engineering, financing, construction and operations workstreams.
Site management
As a long-term operator, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards for the plants that we have developed. We supervise operations, upgrades, dismantling and recycling, either directly or through select contractors. The dismantling and recycling of the wind turbines and solar panels are planned thoroughly from the start of the project, as part of the land restitution following the operational phase.
